Interim PASTORS
Tom & Rhonda Miller
Tom and Rhonda Miller are both Assemblies of God ministers. Tom served as lead Pastor in Superior, Wisconsin for 13 years and Youth Pastor for 5 years before that.
Rhonda served for many years in a variety of capacities at Central Assembly, including Administration Assistant and Bookkeeper. They have attended the River Church since retiring at the end of 2021.
They have six children between them, 15 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. In retirement, they fill pulpits and serve in interim ministry. They enjoy golf, leading Bible studies and have a heart for the local church.

Leanne Weber
Leanne wears many hats at The River and in Duluth! Her primary role here is to help keep the pastoral staff organized and run the church database, but she also serves on the River Kids team and runs a nonprofit organization with her husband Patrick that uses the arts to help connect people in the community. She describes her life as one giant loop of administration and children’s ministry! She is rarely found without a cup of coffee in her hand, and enjoys spending time with her family, reading good books, and watching live theatre – musical or otherwise.
